What is your policy on rescheduling lessons?

If there is a need to reschedule a lesson, it must be done within 1 week in advance or whenever the student is aware of the changes to be made, whichever comes first.

For O Level and A Level Students – With the understanding that your school schedule takes priority and that they may conduct extra lessons on a short notice, please try to inform us as soon as possible to reschedule a lesson.

What is your policy on cancellation of lessons?

Cancellations are allowed only in the case of an emergency – i.e. the school’s schedule changes at very short notice (1-3 days) or if the student is ill. In those cases, classes will be postponed to the next possible day.

When must payment be made?

Payment will be made at the start of every month. PayNow and Bank Transfer are the accepted methods of payment.
